General Abstract Submission Requirements

  1. The abstract must be an original work that has not been previously published or presented at any other symposium.
  2. Each participant is allowed to submit a maximum of two abstracts as the first author.
  3. The abstract may consist of:
    • Original research
    • Case reports
    • Literature reviews (narrative review or systematic review)
  4. Abstracts should be submitted via email , no later than July 14, 2025, by 11:59 PM WIB.
  5. Submitted abstracts will undergo a selection process by the scientific committee, and the committee's decision is final.
  6. Accepted abstracts will be presented in the form of a poster presentation (further details will follow).
  7. Accepted abstracts must register as participants of the symposium.

Language

The abstract should be written in English

File Format

Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

Word Count

Maximum of 300 words (excluding title, authors' names, and affiliations)

Font Requirements

Times New Roman, size 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing, normal margins (2.5 cm on each side)

Abstract Structure

General Structure Requirements
  1. Title: Should be concise, clear, and reflect the content of the abstract. No more than 20 words.
  2. Author(s): The main author should be listed first, followed by co-authors. Include the institutional affiliation for each author.
For Research Reports
  1. Background: Brief summary of the context or problem
  2. Objective: The aim of the research
  3. Methods: Design, sample, data collection, and analysis techniques
  4. Results: Key findings from the research
  5. Conclusion: Summary of results and clinical implications
  6. Keywords: Include 3-5 keywords separated by commas
For Case Reports
  1. Background:Brief context or problem.
  2. Objective: Purpose of the case report.
  3. Case Presentation: Summary of patient, findings, diagnosis, treatment, and outcome.
  4. Discussion: Key learning point.
  5. Conclusion: Summary and implications.
  6. Keywords: Include 3–5, separated by commas
Important: It is not permitted to include graphs, tables, or images in the abstract.
